Rules for flag and other information
Offensive rules besides regular offside NFL style ~ 1 yard away 7 on 7
You must have 3 players on the line of scrimmage.
All fumbles are considered a dead ball and a loss of five yards. from
spot of original fumble (were ball touches the ground.)
All linemen are eligible
You can not hit center until his head is up ~ unnecessary roughness penalty
There is no run blocking or down field blocking allowed of any kind.
You can run down field and receive laterals or just run straight but
you can not intentionally interfere with a defender ~ laymens terms you
can run straight downfield beside the runner just don't impede the
defender no intentional touching you can vary your speed of running
but you can't move lateral/ side to side or angle directions to impede
the defender.~ 10 yard penalty at the infraction illegal block
downfield.
The quarterback/player who receives snap can not cross the line of
scrimmage.~ loss of down
Running is allowed if the ball is passed or lateraled behind the line
of scrimmage.
Motion is allowed but only lateral motion no forward motion before the
snap. NFL
Defence
You can not pull the flag before the ball has touched the receiver.
You can not involve yourself in a play or action deemed to be
dangerous to another player or yourself (Immediate ejection for all
violent acts.)
Substitutions will all have to be made before the ref puts his hand up
just like all football.
If the flag comes off for any reason on a receiver before the ball is
thrown except when a defender pulls the flag early intentionally the
receiver when he catches the ball will be considered down.
All basic penalties are 5 yards.
Any offensive language towards an official will lead to warnings and
or possible ejections based on the officials judgment.
All violent or dangerous plays are at the referees discretion.
If a player has three dangerous violations violent violations or
ejections yearly suspension will be reviewed by the officiating staff

All teams will start on their five yard line after touchdowns and
safeties and beginning of halves. You will have 4 downs to cross
centre where you will then receive new downs form the spot of the
ball in the new half. Everything else is the same.
